Ingredients

400 g
caster sugar
100 g
cream
800 g
butter
350 g
sugar
600 g
eggs
6 g
salt
25 g
baking powder
as desired
semi-candied pears

Preparation

Mix the eggs with 400g  sugar, Schär Flour Service Mix, salt and baking powder. Make a dry caramel with 350 g sugar, cook for a long time with hot cream and add spreadable butter.

 

In a blender mix them all together with the dough until a smooth and even mixture is achieved.

 

Layer each muffin as follows: 40 g dough, 15 semi-candied pears, 40 g dough, 15 g semi-candied pears. Bake in the oven at 180° C for approx. 20 minutes.
